How do I find out my monthly deal?
Your deal will be emailed straight to your inbox
How do I redeem my deal?
Easy. Your vouchers will be held in your online account, and can be redeemed when you visit, or online if you want to book your movie tickets in advance.
Can I buy a Friend with Benefits membership for someone else?
Absolutely! A Friend with Benefits membership makes a great gift. Send an email to info@thescreeningroom.co.nz with your contact number, and one of our team will be in touch to arrange your gift.
Do I get a membership card?
No – everything is saved in your online account, so no need to have another card cluttering your wallet.
Can I still go to other cinemas?
Of course! This is not a monogamous relationship – you’re welcome to share the love around, and visit other cinemas. You’ll probably prefer to spend your time with us, with our incredibly comfy seats, state-of-the-art sound, and impressive in-cinema menu. Let’s face it, this casual connection will be truly beneficial for you in every respect.
What happens when my membership is up?
This is a no-strings-attached relationship – we would never roll your membership over without your approval. You’ll receive an email a month before your membership is due to lapse, giving you the opportunity to renew. If you decide not to, no hard feelings. It will be released and made available for someone else.
